۴. ثبت سفارش و صدور فاکتور رسمی
کلیه سفارشهای ساخت، خریدهای عمده یا پروژهای ثبتشده پس از بررسی فنی و تایید اعتبار پرداختی، نهایی تلقی میشوند. صدور فاکتور رسمی مطابق قوانین مالیاتی کشور انجام خواهد پذیرفت.
۵. مسئولیت نصب و بهرهبرداری از تجهیزات
دستگاههای سنجش التراسونیک نیاز به کالیبراسیون دقیق، آمادهسازی لوله و نصب توسط تکنسینهای آموزشدیده دارند. مجموعه SEPTECH هیچگونه مسئولیتی در قبال خطای اندازهگیری، آسیبهای فیزیکی، نوسانات الکتریکی خارج از محدوده استاندارد یا صدمات ناشی از نصب غیراصولی و دستکاری سختافزاری توسط افراد غیرمجاز بر عهده نخواهد داشت.
۶. حدود مسئولیت و خسارات غیرمستقیم
SEPTECH هیچگونه مسئولیتی در قبال خسارات غیرمستقیم مانند توقف خطوط تولید صنعتی، هدررفت سیالات، از دست رفتن دادههای عملیاتی یا ضرر و زیان مالی ناشی از عدم استفاده صحیح از تجهیزات نخواهد داشت.
۷. شرایط گارانتی و پشتیبانی
محصولات شرکت دارای گارانتی رسمی کارخانه در برابر عیوب ساختاری و قطعات الکترونیکی هستند، مشروط بر اینکه دستگاه در بازه فنی تعیینشده (دما، فشار و ولتاژ استاندارد) کار کرده باشد. باز شدن پلمپ دستگاه، صدمات فیزیکی یا ورود سیالات غیرمجاز، گارانتی را از درجه اعتبار ساقط میسازد.
۸. قوانین حاکم
این شرایط و مفاد حقوقی بر اساس قوانین تجاری و حقوق مالکیت معنوی حاکم بر فعالیتهای صنعتی و ساخت داخل تنظیم گردیده است.
